Job Description
The Senior House Officer provides acute patient care within the Intensive Care Unit and High Dependency Unit, supporting senior clinicians in delivering critical medical services. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, and documenting patient progress. The role contributes to a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, safe care for critically ill patients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and registration with the medical council
- • Recent internship or postgraduate training in internal medicine or critical care
- • Ability to work in high‑stress, fast‑paced environment
- • Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
- • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- • Deliver direct patient care in ICU/HDU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
