Job Description
Responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing end‑to‑end technology solutions that support NCBA’s digital banking platforms. Works closely with product owners, developers, and security teams to ensure architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Provides technical guidance and evaluates emerging technologies to drive innovation across the bank.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience designing enterprise‑level solutions, preferably in banking or financial services
- • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, micro‑services, and security frameworks
- • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical architecture
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Experience with Agile development methodologies

- • Design and document scalable solution architectures for mobile and core banking applications
- • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and integration patterns

- • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout implementation
- • Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements to optimize cost and efficiency
