Job Description
The Strategic Partnership Program Lead will design and execute partnership strategies to secure funding and resources for humanitarian programs. The role involves identifying corporate, donor, and NGO partners, negotiating agreements, and managing a portfolio of collaborations across Kenya and the region. Strong leadership and fundraising expertise are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree in International Development, Business, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development or fundraising within the humanitarian sector
- • Proven track record of securing multi‑million‑dollar funding
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
