Job Description
The Strategy Manager – Execution & Performance drives the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within NCBA’s Digital Business unit. Reporting to the Chief Enterprise Development, the manager translates strategic plans into actionable projects, monitors key performance indicators, and ensures alignment with corporate goals. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and experience in leading cross‑functional teams. It is a full‑time senior position within the financial services sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- • At least five years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or business management
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
