• check_circle • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in civil/structural engineering and construction project management

• check_circle • Proven hands‑on experience managing large‑scale construction projects from inception to completion
• check_circle • Demonstrable experience overseeing overall execution, coordination and delivery of major building and structural projects
• check_circle • Strong practical knowledge of building construction, reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations and masonry
• check_circle • Good understanding of construction methods, materials, specifications, drawings, quality control and site management

• arrow_right • Lead, plan, coordinate and manage large‑scale civil and structural construction projects from commencement to completion
• arrow_right • Take overall responsibility for day‑to‑day delivery of major construction projects
• arrow_right • Supervise and coordinate site teams, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders
• arrow_right • Manage projects to ensure completion within approved time, cost, quality and safety requirements
• arrow_right • Review and interpret structural, architectural, civil and engineering drawings
• arrow_right • Supervise building and structural works, including foundations, reinforced concrete, steel structures, masonry and associated works
• arrow_right • Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards and construction methods
