Job Description
The Student Counsellor will provide comprehensive counseling services to university students, supporting their academic, personal, and emotional wellbeing. The role includes delivering individual and group sessions, conducting assessments, and coordinating referrals to specialized services. This position contributes to a supportive campus environment that promotes student success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year of experience providing counseling or student support services
- • Strong interpersonal and active‑listening skills
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and counseling documentation tools
