Job Description
The Supervisor will oversee daily dry‑cleaning operations, manage staff shifts and ensure product quality while maintaining inventory and financial controls. Responsibilities include customer service, health‑and‑safety compliance and machine maintenance. Candidates need at least two years of supervisory experience and a diploma or higher qualification.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Education: Diploma or higher qualification in any field
- • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role (operations, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- • Age Requirement: 30 years and above

- • Manage day‑to‑day dry‑cleaning operations, staff shifts, and production quality control
- • Motivate and manage staff to achieve daily operational and sales targets
- • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- • Conduct accurate daily financial reconciliations, manage material stocks, and minimize wastages
