The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Moniepoint will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the fintech’s growing teams, sourcing high‑quality candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong sourcing skills and familiarity with the financial technology sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum two years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fintech or technology firms
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of fintech roles
- • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical skill areas
- • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring plans
- • Promote Moniepoint’s employer brand across recruitment channels
- • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and generate regular reports
