Job Description

The Tax Manager will lead the development and implementation of group‑wide tax strategies, policies and governance standards. They will oversee accurate tax computations, returns and payments across all entities, and manage international tax and transfer‑pricing matters. The role also involves advising business leaders on tax implications of transactions, coordinating audits, and strengthening tax controls while supporting budgeting and cash‑flow planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • • CPA‑K or ACCA certification and membership with ICPAK or ACCA UK.
  • • Training in international taxation and transfer pricing.
  • • At least five years of relevant experience with a strong focus on tax compliance, planning and advisory.
  • • Demonstrable experience coordinating tax matters across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • • Practical experience in international tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting and managing tax audits.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and ERP systems.
  • • Experience in betting, gaming or another highly regulated industry is an advantage.
  • • Strong technical tax expertise, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • • Oversee accurate and timely tax computations, returns, payments and reconciliations across group entities.
  • • Manage international tax and transfer‑pricing matters, including intercompany transactions and related documentation.
  • • Advise on tax implications of market entry, investments, financing, contracts and business initiatives.
  • • Oversee current and deferred tax calculations, provisions and disclosures for entity and group reporting.
  • • Coordinate tax audits, assessments and disputes, working with tax authorities, legal and external advisors.
  • • Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions and guide implementation of compliance requirements, including betting, gaming and excise taxes.
  • • Strengthen tax controls, systems and reporting processes while building tax capability within country finance teams.
  • • Manage the tax function’s budget and support group tax forecasting and cash‑flow planning.
