The Technical Assistance officer supports Living Goods’ network of health entrepreneurs by providing performance‑management guidance, coaching, and data‑driven insights. They work closely with field agents to improve service delivery and health outcomes in communities. Analytical and mentoring skills are essential for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance monitoring or field support roles
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data‑management software
- • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- • Familiarity with community‑health outreach and low‑resource settings
