Job Description
The Tendering Officer is responsible for preparing and submitting aviation tenders while ensuring full compliance with procurement policies. They coordinate with finance and legal teams, track tender timelines, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The role also involves reporting tender status and supporting contract negotiations to secure agreements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- • 3–5 years’ experience in tendering or procurement, preferably in aviation.
- • Knowledge of aviation procurement regulations and compliance.
- • CIPS certification or experience with ERP procurement systems (preferred).
- • Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
