Job Description
Truck drivers are responsible for safely operating heavy commercial vehicles on assigned routes, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining vehicle condition and accurate documentation. The role includes pre‑trip inspections, cargo securing and adherence to traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven hands‑on experience driving Isuzu and Fuso (FI) trucks
- • Valid heavy‑vehicle driving licence with appropriate endorsements (Class BCE or equivalent)
- • Minimum 3 years of continuous commercial driving experience
- • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance Certificate)
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Operate heavy commercial vehicles (Isuzu and Fuso/FI trucks) safely and efficiently across assigned routes
- • Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, reporting any mechanical faults
- • Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured and transported in compliance with safety standards
- • Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery notes and vehicle maintenance records
