The Senior Export Logistics Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end export operations for One Acre Fund, ensuring timely and compliant shipment of agricultural inputs. Responsibilities include coordinating customs clearance, optimizing supply‑chain routes, and liaising with partners across East Africa. The role supports the organization’s mission to empower smallholder farmers through efficient logistics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in export logistics, preferably in agribusiness
- • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- • Proficiency with logistics software and data analysis
