Job Description
Drives sales and distribution performance for Treasure Communication across assigned territories in Kenya. Conducts field visits to coach outlets, ensures stock availability, and resolves customer issues while maintaining accurate reporting. Builds strong relationships with retailers and monitors market dynamics to achieve activation targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field‑team supervision
- • Experience in FMCG or general trade is an advantage
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- • Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as Excel or mobile applications
- • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics
- • Valid driver’s licence

- • Achieve sales, distribution, and activation targets within the assigned region

- • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
