Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations for Africa Global Logistics, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. They manage staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce safety and quality standards. The role coordinates with transportation and procurement teams to meet service level agreements. Reporting to the logistics manager, the supervisor drives continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 3+ years experience supervising warehouse operations
- • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
- • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

- • Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs
- • Supervise and coach warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- • Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations
- • Coordinate with transport and procurement teams to meet delivery schedules
- • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
