Job Description
The consultant will lead the redesign and development of the client’s website, delivering a user‑friendly and accessible digital platform. Responsibilities include creating responsive front‑end components, integrating a content management system and ensuring compliance with disability accessibility standards. The project spans ten weeks and requires effective coordination and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience in website design and development, preferably for NGOs or disability‑focused organisations
- • Strong portfolio showcasing responsive and accessible web solutions
- • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
- • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and best practices
- • Ability to manage a 10‑week project and deliver on time and budget
