Job Description
The Data Analyst – Sales will design and maintain procedures to consolidate business and product performance data from multiple sources, providing insights on KPIs and sales forecasts. The role involves acquiring and cleansing data, developing KPI scorecards, and generating monthly performance reports to support the sales team. Collaboration with key account managers and sales personnel is essential to drive revenue and implement corrective actions. Strong analytical, statistical, and stakeholder‑influence skills are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree, BSc or HND in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, or ICT

- • Design, improve, and run procedures to consolidate business and product performance data from multiple sources and report on KPIs and sales forecasts
- • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and ensure data quality
- • Collaborate with key accounts manager, sales coordinator, and sales team to track sales targets and provide support
- • Advise the sales team on scheduled targets and develop KPI scorecards to drive revenue
- • Generate monthly business KPI reports and implement initiatives to track usage and revenue, planning corrective actions as needed
- • Champion reporting via CRM and drive integration of systems and customer database to reduce manual effort
- • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- • Interface with sales to build business cases and review performance
