Job Description
The Resort Supervisor oversees daily operations of a resort in Ruiru, ensuring high‑quality guest service, coordinating staff, and managing housekeeping, kitchen and front‑office activities. The supervisor handles guest complaints, monitors stock and safety standards, and prepares operational reports. The role requires at least three years of hospitality experience and strong leadership abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field
- • Minimum 3 years hospitality experience, including staff supervision
- • Experience in events management and food & beverage service
- • Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
- • High integrity, attention to detail and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

- • Oversee daily resort operations and service delivery
- • Allocate duties, monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance
- • Ensure prompt, courteous and professional guest service
- • Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues
- • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
- • Coordinate kitchen, service, housekeeping and other teams
- • Monitor stock usage, report shortages and maintenance needs
