Job Description
The Sales Representative will promote animal feed products to farmers and agro‑vet outlets across the Mt. Kenya region, develop new customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, order follow‑up and market reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in agricultural sales and excellent negotiation skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Previous experience in a similar sales role in the animal feeds industry within the Mt. Kenya region
- • Good knowledge of the region’s market, routes and customer networks
- • Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma qualification

- • Identify new customers and develop business opportunities
- • Build strong customer relationships and secure repeat orders
- • Meet sales targets and follow up on orders, deliveries and payments
- • Monitor market trends and submit regular sales reports
