Job Description
The Senior Procurement Officer leads the procurement function, developing plans, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing high‑volume SKU purchases to support business operations. They coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and production teams to prevent stockouts and ensure timely delivery while mentoring the procurement team to achieve cost‑saving targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain management
- • Demonstrated leadership and reporting capabilities
- • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- • Proficiency with procurement software and inventory systems
