The Store Clerk at KWAL ensures accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of dry goods while maintaining inventory records. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established stock‑management procedures.
Responsibilities
- • Receive inbound finished goods, verify accuracy and condition against stock policies.
- • Accurately record all stock movements in the warehouse management system.
- • Dispatch outbound goods to depots, client duty‑free, or export trade per invoices and transfer orders.
- • Conduct regular stock‑takes and promptly address any variances.
- • Ensure proper stock rotation following FIFO and FEFO principles to prevent expiries.
- • Maintain safe custody of materials and uphold record‑keeping standards.
