Job Description
The Deputy Director of Human Resource Management supports the university’s HR strategy by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Development, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
- • Demonstrated experience in senior HR roles within higher education or comparable institutions
- • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
