Job Description
The consultant trainer will deliver expert training and advisory services in fisheries and aquaculture to clients in the Kisumu region. The role involves developing curriculum, conducting workshops, and providing technical guidance to improve production practices. The trainer will also assess client needs and recommend sustainable solutions to enhance sector performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in training, consultancy, or extension services
- • Strong communication and presentation skills
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e‑learning platforms
