Job Description
The Head Teacher leads academic delivery and school management for MSVL Group, ensuring compliance with Pearson Edexcel standards. Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
- • Demonstrated experience in school academic leadership and staff supervision
- • In‑depth knowledge of the Pearson Edexcel curriculum, assessment and quality‑assurance processes
- • Strong safeguarding, communication, planning and analytical skills
- • Ability to teach Key Stage 2 Mathematics and Science
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead curriculum delivery and uphold academic standards in line with Pearson Edexcel requirements
- • Supervise heads of department and teachers, conducting observations, appraisals and professional development sessions
- • Ensure student welfare, safeguarding and positive behaviour policies are effectively implemented
- • Coordinate examinations, academic reporting, school calendars and daily operations
- • Oversee co‑curricular programmes, educational visits and parent‑engagement activities
- • Teach Key Stage 2 Mathematics and Science and report to the Senior Principal
