Job Description
The Relationship Officer will generate new and renewal business from individual and corporate agents in the Kisumu region. They will drive sales of insurance products, ensure agents understand offerings, and recruit, train and motivate agents. The role also involves managing policy documentation, adhering to cash handling policies, and preparing performance reports for the branch manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or HND/Diploma in a relevant field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development or insurance distribution
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to analyze market needs and achieve revenue targets
- • Knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements
