Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead the Kisumu branch’s sales efforts, developing strategies to grow market share for insurance products. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- • Strong analytical ability and proficiency with CRM tools
