Job Description
The Sales Representative will promote Mhasibu Sacco’s financial products in Kisumu, acquire new members, and maintain relationships to achieve sales targets and support the cooperative’s growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- • Minimum one year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify prospective members and present Sacco’s savings and loan products.
- • Achieve monthly sales targets and report results to management.
- • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing members.
- • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- • Process applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Provide excellent customer service and resolve member inquiries.
