Job Description
The Students Recruiter designs and executes recruitment and admissions strategies to attract qualified candidates to the institution. He/she builds relationships with prospective students, manages the admissions pipeline, and collaborates with academic departments to ensure enrollment targets are met. Strong communication and marketing skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or a related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in student recruitment or admissions
- • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- • Proven ability to meet enrollment targets and work with diverse audiences
- • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- • Develop and implement recruitment campaigns to generate a steady flow of qualified applicants
- • Manage the end‑to‑end admissions process, including application review, interviews, and enrollment
- • Conduct outreach activities such as school visits, open days, and virtual information sessions
- • Maintain and update the student CRM system with accurate prospect data
- • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates
- • Collaborate with academic staff to align admission criteria with program requirements
- • Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment journey
