Job Description
The Tax Manager will lead the tax services division, overseeing client engagements, resolving KRA disputes, publishing tax updates and mentoring a growing team. Reporting to the Managing Partner, the role ensures compliance, builds high‑level stakeholder relationships and drives the firm’s tax strategy.

- • Oversee a full range of tax engagements for corporate and individual clients
- • Lead KRA dispute resolution and ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations
- • Produce and disseminate client‑focused tax updates and newsletters
- • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, regulators and partners
- • Mentor and develop junior tax staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- • Coordinate with other service lines to provide integrated advisory solutions
- • Monitor and improve internal tax processes and quality standards
