Job Description
The Data Management Processor handles the accurate entry, validation, and analysis of financial data for the organization. The role requires high‑speed typing, advanced Excel skills, and strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity. The processor supports reporting activities and follows established procedures to maintain data quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related business discipline
- • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- • Typing speed of 200 characters per minute with 100 % accuracy
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • High attention to detail and patience
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Process and validate financial data entries
- • Maintain high‑speed typing accuracy of at least 200 CPM
- • Develop and update Excel spreadsheets using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF
- • Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
- • Generate routine reports and assist with analytical tasks
