Job Description
The Nurse Tutor will deliver nursing education to students, develop curriculum, supervise clinical practice, and assess student performance. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary faculty and integrating technology into teaching. Candidates must hold a BScN, be licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya, and have both teaching and clinical experience. This position is remote, supporting the college’s commitment to small class sizes and high‑quality instruction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from a recognized university
- • Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya
- • Minimum two years post‑internship teaching experience
- • At least one year of clinical practice as a nurse tutor in a medical training college
- • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- • Proficiency in information technology and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
