Job Description
The Engineering Manager – Web will lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain high‑performance web services for Canonical's platforms. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, ensuring delivery quality, and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture. The manager will work closely with product owners and other engineering leaders to align engineering output with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- • At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams
- • Proven expertise with web technologies, Linux environments and cloud platforms
- • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
