Job Description
The Group Head of Financial Planning & Reporting directs the company's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities. Responsible for producing accurate financial statements, overseeing the budgeting cycle, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Provides strategic financial insights to senior management and leads a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- • Significant experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within a large organization
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans
- • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group
- • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- • Oversee the month‑end close process and variance analysis
- • Manage and mentor the financial planning and reporting team
