Job Description
The Head of Strategy will lead the creation and execution of the firm’s long‑term strategic plan, guiding market analysis, brand positioning, and client engagement. This role works closely with senior leadership to set growth objectives and ensure cross‑functional alignment. The incumbent will monitor performance metrics, adjust tactics as needed, and advise on new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience in strategic planning or senior consulting roles
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Master’s preferred
