Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. They will partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour regulations. The role also involves managing compensation and benefits programs while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment
- • Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
