Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent promotes and sells telecommunications products and services to customers in Machakos, while managing inventory and cash handling. The role monitors stock balances, supports customer experience initiatives, and provides technical assistance for data device configuration. It also works to achieve sales targets for airtime, acquisitions, and devices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- • At least 1 year experience in sales
- • Strong marketing skills and product knowledge
- • Ability to upsell and cross‑sell solutions
- • Excellent customer relationship management capabilities

Responsibilities
- • Generate sales for airtime, acquisitions, and devices to meet targets
- • Monitor Telkom inventory and consignment stock for accurate daily balances
- • Manage daily cash float and account for daily sales
- • Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to increase sales
- • Provide technical support to customers, especially for data device configuration
