Job Description
The Financial Advisor will work with clients to assess their financial goals, develop comprehensive plans and provide recommendations on savings, investments, insurance and retirement strategies. The role includes portfolio monitoring, client education and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Finance, Economics or a related field
- • Professional certification in financial planning or related discipline
- • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, retirement planning and investment analysis
- • Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills with high ethical standards

- • Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans
- • Advise clients on investment, insurance and retirement products offered by ICEA LION Group
- • Monitor client portfolios, track performance and adjust strategies as needed
- • Schedule regular review meetings to update clients on progress and changes
- • Educate clients on financial concepts and product features in clear, accessible language
- • Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- • Maintain accurate documentation of client meetings, recommendations and transactions
- • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and support business growth
