Job Description
The Hospitality Lecturer delivers undergraduate courses in hospitality management, prepares curriculum materials and assesses student performance at the Machakos campus of DOAN College. The lecturer also mentors students, conducts research, and may obtain a TVETA Trainer License. The role requires strong industry knowledge and effective teaching skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- • Master’s Degree is an advantage
- • Minimum 2 years teaching experience in a college, TVET or university
- • Valid TVETA Trainer License or eligibility to obtain one
- • Strong professionalism, patience and adaptability
