Job Description
The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, safe, and quality production that meets company targets. Key duties involve planning and scheduling production, optimizing processes, supervising staff, and enforcing safety and environmental standards. The role requires at least three years of production experience and strong leadership abilities. Competitive compensation is offered.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- • Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing
- • Ability to lead and motivate production teams
- • Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- • Relevant technical knowledge of manufacturing processes

Responsibilities
- • Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet targets in a timely manner
- • Monitor daily production processes and ensure adherence to schedules
- • Communicate resource and material needs to the production team
- • Optimize processes to minimize downtime, improve efficiency and reduce waste
- • Supervise a team of production operators and assistants, providing guidance and direction
- • Train and mentor staff on equipment usage, safety protocols and quality standards
- • Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend training opportunities
