The Regional Aftersales Manager leads after‑sales operations for Spiro in the Eastern region, overseeing service centers, improving turnaround times, and driving spare‑parts revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role combines technical expertise with strong leadership to develop teams and expand the service network.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- • 7–10 years experience in automotive, EV or mobility aftersales operations
- • Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- • Proficiency with Excel and aftersales management tools
