Job Description
The Full‑Stack Engineering Lead will guide a development team in designing, building, and maintaining web applications across the technology stack. This role sets architectural standards, ensures code quality, and mentors engineers to deliver scalable solutions. Collaboration with product and design teams aligns technical delivery with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- • Several years of experience in full‑stack development using modern frameworks
- • Proven leadership or team‑lead experience in a software development environment
- • Strong proficiency in front‑end and back‑end technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, and API design
- • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
