Job Description
The Product Engineer designs, prototypes and tests new products for The Flex, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards. They collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve engineering challenges and improve manufacturing processes. The role also documents specifications and contributes to continuous product innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- • Minimum 2 years experience in product development or engineering
- • Proficiency with CAD software and engineering analysis tools
- • Strong problem‑solving and project‑management abilities
- • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
