Job Description
The Lubricants Merchandiser ensures optimal visibility, availability, and promotion of lubricant products across retail outlets, driving sales growth and strengthening brand presence. They support distributors in meeting volume and revenue targets, recommend appropriate stock levels, and communicate promotions and product USPs to retailers and mechanics. Regular outlet visits and relationship building are key to maintaining strong trade partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma qualification
- • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience

Responsibilities
- • Support distributors in achieving volume and revenue targets through order collection and delivery follow‑up
- • Identify high‑demand outlets and prioritize them for distributor focus
- • Recommend optimal stock levels to retailers based on demand trends
- • Visit new and existing outlets according to assigned route plans
- • Build and maintain relationships with mechanics, sales representatives, and shop owners
- • Communicate promotions and unique selling points of lubricants to trade partners
