Job Description
The Trade Development Representative will expand the telecom provider’s retail footprint by visiting agents, promoting SIM and mobile money services, and ensuring product visibility. The role includes recruiting new agents, delivering training on compliance and sales tools, and monitoring stock levels to meet sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing or related field
- • 1–3 years of experience in sales or distribution within FMCG or telecommunications
- • Strong networking and partnership‑building abilities
- • Analytical thinking and ability to meet performance targets
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct regular visits to SSO and T‑Kash agents to promote SIM and mobile money services
- • Recruit and map new agents in targeted retail locations
- • Provide training on business tools, AML, KYC and sales processes
- • Monitor stock levels and enforce the 1.5× stock rule for agents
- • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product visibility at point of sale
