Job Description
The Academy Fellow will reside on campus and support the residential programme by fostering community life and providing academic tutoring, primarily in mathematics or science. The role includes mentoring students, assisting with class activities and contributing to the overall wellbeing of the residential community.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline
- • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural residential setting
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Serve as a Residential Parent, promoting a supportive community environment for students
- • Provide tutoring in mathematics or science for approximately 10 hours per week
- • Engage with classes and assist teachers as needed
- • Offer mentorship and guidance to students during residential study time
- • Participate in student welfare activities and help organise residential events
