Job Description
The Animal Feeds Sales Representative will manage sales and distribution of animal feed products across the assigned coastal or central region. The role involves identifying and developing new customers such as farmers and distributors, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Regular market visits are required to assess customer needs, competitor activity and market trends. The representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, coordinating order fulfillment, and providing timely market reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Animal Health, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Sales or a related field.
- • Previous experience in animal feeds, agricultural products, FMCG or field sales.
- • Knowledge of livestock and poultry production and animal feed products.
- • Strong sales, communication, customer relationship and territory management skills.

- • Identify and develop new customers, farmers, distributors and other potential buyers within the assigned territory.
- • Promote animal feed products and provide customers with relevant product information.
- • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
- • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities and market trends.
- • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective territory management.
- • Follow up customer orders, deliveries and payments in coordination with relevant teams.
- • Prepare regular sales and market activity reports and provide feedback on customer requirements and market opportunities.
