Job Description
The Associate Forward Deployed Engineer will build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and support customer data workflows. Working closely with product and engineering teams, they will ensure reliable data delivery and help troubleshoot integration issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- • Experience with data engineering, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (preferred for junior engineers)
- • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java
- • Understanding of SQL and relational databases

- • Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion pipelines for customer data
- • Integrate diverse data sources using APIs, SDKs, or custom connectors
- • Monitor pipeline performance and resolve data quality issues
- • Collaborate with product engineers to align data workflows with feature requirements
- • Write technical documentation and provide support to customers on data integration
- • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous‑integration processes
