Job Description
The Bancassurance Sales Representative will promote and sell insurance products and other retail banking offerings to customers, delivering quick and seamless service while meeting sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to understand and explain insurance products
- • Prior sales experience in banking or insurance is advantageous
