Job Description
The Branch Leader drives business growth for the branch by overseeing sales, customer relations and administrative functions while managing resources and inventory. They lead the team to achieve revenue targets, implement marketing initiatives and ensure operational efficiency through accurate record‑keeping and audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including leadership roles
- • Proven ability to meet targets and manage competing priorities
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
- • Valid Class A2 motorbike licence (required)
