Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, developing customer relationships and ensuring strong after‑sales support. The manager will analyse market trends, optimise inventory and drive profitability while maintaining high service standards. Strong leadership and commercial acumen are essential for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience in equipment sales and branch management
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- • Ability to analyse market data and drive strategic decisions
